Welcome to Emerging Euphoria

 

By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and transformative experience for everyone.

 

1. Professional Services & Scope

Emerging Euphoria provides psychological counseling, career consultation, and divine healing (including Past Life Regression and Hypno-Healing).

  • Non-Clinical Nature: Our services are supportive and holistic. While we draw on 12 years of psychological expertise, our sessions do not replace psychiatric medical intervention or emergency mental health services.

  • Informed Consent: By participating, you provide informed consent to share relevant personal information to facilitate effective guidance.

 

2. Safety & Right to Refuse Service

To maintain the sanctity and safety of our home-based sanctuary, we maintain a Zero-Harm Policy:

  • Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to refuse service or immediately terminate a session if the practitioner senses a risk of harm to the client, the practitioner, or others.

  • Conduct: Any form of aggression, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will lead to an immediate session ending without a refund.

  • Impairment: Sessions will not be conducted if the client appears to be under the influence of mind-altering substances.

 

3. Confidentiality

All sessions are strictly confidential. Disclosure of information will only occur if:

  1. You provide explicit written consent.

  2. There is a legal obligation under the laws of India (Bharat).

  3. There is a perceived immediate threat to life (Duty to Warn).

 

4. Commitment & Honesty

Growth is a collaborative process. You agree to be honest throughout the counseling process and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of India (Bharat) during the course of your engagement with Emerging Euphoria. Clients agree not to involve Emerging Euphoria or its practitioners in any legal proceedings arising from personal or interpersonal matters discussed during sessions

5. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Advance Booking: Sessions are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

  • Cancellations: A 50% refund is applicable if a cancellation is requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.

  • No-Refund Policy: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours, or "no-shows," are ineligible for a refund.

  • Discounted Package payments are non-refundable. 

  • Data Requirement: If a pre-session intake form is provided, failure to submit the required details at least 12 hours prior to the session will lead to cancellation with no refund, as it prevents the practitioner from adequately preparing for your journey.​

  • ​All consultation slots are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • ​To secure your preferred time slot, advance payment of the session fee is required.  

  • ​We do not accept on-the-spot cash payments or post-consultation transactions at the premises.

  • Payments can be securely made via UPI or bank transfer using the details provided by our intake team during your scheduling chat.

6. Limitation of Liability

Emerging Euphoria and its practitioners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the inability to access our website.

 

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India (Bharat). Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

8.Emerging Euphoria provides psychological counseling and therapeutic support only. Legal matters, disputes, matrimonial proceedings, custody arrangements, or any issues requiring legal intervention fall entirely outside the scope of our services. Clients are advised to seek independent legal counsel for such matters. Emerging Euphoria and its practitioners bear no responsibility for legal outcomes arising from or related to a client's personal circumstances
