Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

We value your time and the energy we dedicate to each soul we serve. To ensure the smooth functioning of our sanctuary:

• Cancellations: A 50% refund is applicable if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.​

• Preparation: If a pre-session form or specific details are requested, please ensure they are submitted on time. A delay or failure to provide these details will lead to a cancellation of the session with no refund, as it impacts our ability to prepare for your growth.

• Discounted Package payments are non-refundable.
