Safety & Right to Refuse Service

Emerging Euphoria is committed to providing a safe, healing environment for both the seeker and the practitioner. To maintain the sanctity and safety of our mental health sanctuary, we reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session immediately under the following circumstances:

• Risk of Harm: If there is a perceived risk of harm to yourself, the practitioner, or others.

• Inappropriate Conduct: Any form of verbal or physical aggression, harassment, or behavior that compromises the safety and respect of the space.

• Impairment: If an individual appears to be under the influence of substances that hinder the effectiveness of the therapy or safety of the session.

In such instances, the practitioner may exercise their professional discretion to conclude the session. Our priority is a journey of healing rooted in mutual respect and safety.
